The 2009 competitive season has started and what an experience it has already
proved itself to be! After competing in my first pro show in Orlando, Florida, the
Europa Show of Champions. I was blown away by the amazing athletes in attendance and am
very excited for what the rest of the year holds in store for me. After attending the
Arnold Sports Festival in March, I have been busy preparing for several new projects:
The SAF Fit Camps for 2009 have already proven to be a
wonderful draw for all fitness-minded women who want to learn how to compete (or just look
like a competitor). After our first camp of 2009 in Kingston, we started planning for
the May 30 camp in Sudbury, Ontario, and will follow this up with a third camp in Southern
Ontario this fall. I encourage you to check out the website www.safcamps.com to see what
the SAF Fit Camp experience is all about.
I am also very happy to be working with Florida-basedTrue
Healthy Products in promoting their all-natural product line, including Protein Power Mix,
9 A Day Plus multi-vitamin, Stemulite and the Doctor’s Chocolate. While in
Florida for the Europa Show of Champions, I was able to meet up with the rest of the THP
team, which includes former professional football player, and three-time Super Bowl winner
Roger Craig, as well as former Mr. Florida Corey Simpson. We had a great time on set,
filming interviews, product testimonials, and, of course, shooting promotional images for

Also in the works is the second instalment of my
Building a Beautiful Body DVD training series. These DVDs focus on nutrition and
training concepts for women, and they also offer a candid view of what goes on at
backstage at fitness and figure competitions. Stay tuned for more information on my

September

an IFBB Pro Card by winning my class and taking a top-2 position in the final judging. You

October 2007 -TheStarPowerStudio.com is a
new initiative by Doug Schneider and Karen Fanas. In it they have original photos of
various people. I'm happy to be featured in one of the images that is on display their
now. This image is also on display in my Galleries section for November.
September 2007 -
Natalie is featured in the latest issue of Inside Fitness in Garry Bartlett's
"Body by Bart" section. Garry describes Natalie as, "...the standard that
all models and figure athletes should strive for." Inside Fitness is available
at GNC and on newsstands everywhere.
September 2007 -
Natalie is now the spokesperson for Natural Nutrition Inc. According to the news released
on September 11, "Natural Nutrition will be releasing a new line of nutritional
products that will be directly marketed via the internet, infomercials, and television
commercials in the USA and Canada."
September 2007 -
Natalie took fourth at the 2007 IFBB North American Championships. This contest was held
on August 31 and September 1, 2007, in Cleveland, Ohio, USA. It featured competitors from
Canada, the United States and Mexico. This contest is a IFBB Pro qualifier. Natalie will
be back next year!
June 2007 -
Natalie took 4th and 8th places in the Tall Figure and Tall Fitness Model classes at the
Fitness Universe held on the weekend of June 23 in Miami, Florida.
June 2007 -
Natalie won the Medium-Tall and Overall titles at the 2007 CBBF National World Qualifier,
Canada's top drug-tested, amateur event for female figure competitors. Natalie is now part
of Team Canada going to the IFBB World Championships in Spain in September.
May 2007 -
Natalie is featured in her first DVD, Building a Beautiful Body #1, with Natalie
Waples. This 40-minute video is targeted to beginners who want to attain the
exquisite shape that Natalie has. The DVD also contains never-before-seen photos, extra
footage, and more! It's available now in the "Store"
section.
